Questions About Orders and Ordering

How do I order a print?

Browse the my galleries and select an image you like. On the image page, choose your preferred medium and size from the dropdown menu, then add the item to your cart. Checkout is completed securely through Stripe, which accepts major credit cards and other popular payment methods.

How large of a print can I order?

Available print sizes vary by medium. Metal prints are offered up to 60 inches on the long edge, while acrylic prints can be produced up to 120 inches. For larger displays, triptychs or multi-panel options are available and can be a great solution. Please contact me if you have any further questions or need assistance.

How do I know what size of print to order?

For empty walls, aim to cover approximately 4/7 to 3/4 of the wall’s width. When placing a print above furniture, target 2/3 to 3/4 of the furniture’s width. I have a size guide with more details regarding print sizing. You can also use my print size calculator to determine the ideal size for your space.

Do you offer custom sizes?

Custom sizes are available upon request. While some dimensions may not be suitable for every image, I’m happy to work with you to find the best option for your needs. Crops may be done if desired as well.

How long will it take for my order to be fulfilled?

Prints typically take 3-4 weeks to produce. Extra-large, framed, or custom orders may require additional time. Order and shipping updates will be provided promptly.

Do you accept returns?

All prints are made to order and cannot be returned. If a print arrives damaged, please contact me for a replacement.

Do you do commissioned work?

If you don’t see the image you’re looking for, contact me to discuss pricing and options for commissioning your ideal piece of the location or subject you want on your walls.

Are there any volume discounts?

Volume discounts are available for orders with multiple prints. Please contact me with your details, and I’ll be happy to provide customized pricing options.

Do you offer discounts for businesses looking for prints?

If you are a local business ordering multiple prints, I offer special discounted pricing on commercial projects. I offer discounted print mediums specifically for local businesses in Utah and surrounding areas. For businesses purchasing in bulk, I will personally deliver the prints.

Questions About Shipping

How are the prints shipped?

All prints are professionally and securely packaged by my print labs to ensure they arrive safely. Please inspect your order within 48 hours of delivery.

What if my print gets damaged?

If your print arrives damaged, please photograph both the packaging and the print and send them to me. I will arrange a replacement and notify you once it has shipped.

Do you ship prints internationally?

I offer international shipping on a per-order basis. Please contact me directly before placing an international order.

What is the shipping cost for a print?

For ease of ordering, shipping costs are included in the price of each print for orders within the United States. Additional fees may apply for international shipping. Please contact me for more details.

What are the differences between the different print mediums offered?

My acrylic, metal, and paper prints are all museum-quality, high-end prints. Learn more about each medium on my print mediums page.

What is the difference between your limited and open edition prints?

Limited edition prints are released in a predetermined fixed quantity and are reserved exclusively for my highest-end offerings: Lumachrome TruLife Acrylic and Framed Lumachrome Acrylic prints. Each limited edition piece includes a digital signature, edition number, and a separately shipped certificate of authenticity. All other print mediums are offered as open editions, meaning they are produced without a set quantity limit. For more details, please read my information on limited versus open edition prints.

How durable are the prints?

Are your prints signed?

Each limited edition print includes a digital signature and will also include an edition number. Open edition prints will have digital signatures as well but no edition number or accompanying certificate of authenticity.

Do you offer framing of your prints?

I offer hand-crafted Roma Italian frames for acrylic prints. You can choose from my curated selection of favorites or browse Roma’s catalog for your own. Frames can also be ordered for metal prints upon request. Please note, frames will increase the overall size of the print. Please contact me for details.

How do I hang my print?

I recommend using professional installers for hanging your prints. If you prefer to hang them yourself, all prints include simple, easy-to-use hardware.

How do I clean my print?

With each purchase of one of my fine art prints I will send medium-specific cleaning instructions. All mediums are relatively easy to clean and care for. To learn more about how to care for each medium you can see my caring for prints page.

How do I light my print?

Proper lighting is key to making your fine art print stand out. I’ve prepared a page that has info on how to properly light your print.

Can I see your prints somewhere?

I don’t currently have a gallery, but if you’re in northern Utah, feel free to contact me to view prints or find a location where they are on display.
